Hi Everyone,

 

I wanted to send out a note to THANK EVERYONE for the support and generous donations received for the 2nd annual NCWHA Oktoberfest Horse Show!!! I am still knee deep in paperwork but I can tell you we had “78” horses with a total of “445” entries for the show.

 

There are so many people that I would like to thank for making this event such a success!!

Saturday night’s dinner and mixer: Thank you to Gidget’s Catering for the wonderful dinner Saturday night. We had over “126” guests and everyone seemed to have a great time with friends while enjoying the delicious food. Thank you to Kathy Fowler and Pat Forsberg for helping with set-up and greeting everyone!

 

Mixer, Dessert Auction & Silent Auction: Thank you to Shayna Shaw-Kingsbury who coordinated the Dessert Auction which took place during the dinner break on Saturday night. Shayna was also in charge of the silent auction which had some wonderful prizes donated. Thank you to everyone that donated items for all the above events!

 

Horse Show Computer program: Thanks again to Robin Neville for allowing us to use her horse show program in the show office! What a life saver…
